True healing comes from within and sharing your story, hopes, dreams, or stream of consciousness to an empathic intuitive guide who can help you open your awareness and direction on your path and open up new insights hidden within your subconscious. In-person or remote sessions are available.
INTUITIVE ALIGNMENT SESSION.............................................................................2 HOURS
A combination of modalities utilized and curated based on your unique needs for each individualized session. This may include rainbow light, crystals, stones, sound vibrations, tuning forks, chimes, drumming, chanting, violet flame reiki, shamanic ceremony, journeying, guided meditation, and touch. MYSTICAL SHAMAN ORACLE READING...................................................................1 HOUR
Inspired by the hidden treasures of the medicine wheel, the sacred mystical shaman oracle is consulted in the four directions to guide your destiny. This four-card reading will reveal hidden influences on your journey and show you things you might not be aware of. Remote sessions are available.
FOREST BATHING & EARTHING .............................................................................1.5 HOURS
Forest bathing is the practice of immersing yourself in nature in a mindful way, using your senses to derive a whole range of benefits for your physical, mental, emotional, and social health. Earthing is the act of putting the body in direct contact with the earth. The connection is direct, which means that the skin (most often of the foot) touches the earth’s soil or water. Each session is curated, guided by your unique needs, and available for individuals, couples, and groups. In-person session only.

Cacao Ceremony.................................................................................................................2 HOURS
Cacao can make you feel expansive, blissful, inspired, and grounded and deepen your connection to self and/or others. Your intuition, vision, spirit, and emotions may awaken deeper, opening the movement of stuck energy.
When drinking about 1oz of high-quality Cacao, one can experience increased blood flow, mood elevation, and a more expanded state of consciousness. Cacao is a vasodilator, meaning your blood vessels and muscular systems relax. When working with ceremonial doses of Cacao, one can increase their blood flow by up to 30%, meaning that more blood (life force energy) is moving through your body and nourishing your systems.
Regularly working with Cacao can have therapeutic health benefits, including creating new neural pathways that change our daily experience to include more joy, love, and connection.
The ceremony session includes a brief history, education on Cacao, and how to prepare and source your own Cacao. Highlighted by a heart-opening guided meditation, breathing exercises, and movement while savoring a sacred cup of ceremonial Cacao. In-person session only.
